From the young age of 12 years old, I watched my parents transition from a construction and teaching background into the world of organize real estate. With a focus on land development and new homes, we estimate over 1,000 new homes sold and a long list of satisfied and repeat clients.

As a second generation realtor, our business model expanded into residential resale homes and condos, farms, investment properties and vacant land.

Today, our company is positioned as a leader within the industry with strong affiliations and connections, and highly respected among our peers.

Bruce Sworik

Susanne Lindsay, Office Administrator works closely with the broker and is in charge of all real estate transactions, RECO matters and office supervision. Her 36 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and expertise makes her the office go-to person.

Patricia Greasley has been with Sutton for 21 years. She is the head of the advertising department and oversees the daily functions of the reception area. Patricia’s vast knowledge of information technology keep the office running efficiently and smoothly.
Tammy Saker

Having started with Sutton as a receptionist, Tammy Saker has now been with us for 16 years and works in our administration office assisting with sales and other administrative tasks.
Kathy Malleck

Kathy has managed the financial and bookkeeping records for Sutton since 1999. She brings a sharp analytical mind and penchant for accuracy to this role. Kathy’s contributions are vital to our team!
Nathan Pawlowski
Nathan PawlowskiProject Manager
Nathan is responsible for overseeing all day to day operations for our property management division. He oversees demolition and site clean for various projects through Pawlowski Developments; project estimating and general labour. He reports directly to Randy Pawlowski, Broker of Record.

Nathan is currently enrolled at Fanshawe College in the Construction Management program. Nathan is almost 19 yrs old and involved in numerous organized sports teams … he enjoys golf and beach days!!

Taylor Pawlowski
Taylor PawlowskiAdministrative Assistant
Taylor is responsible for a range of day to day activities within our marketing department. She excels at event planning and marketing efforts geared towards client appreciation and customer service. She reports directly to Randy Pawlowski, Broker of Record.

Taylor is currently in grade 12 at Strathroy District High School. She is 17 yrs old and has interest in most sports … she enjoys beach days and hanging out with friends.
